There's a lot of talk about the lack of security on the Web. Inaccurate and/or incomplete information on this subject has lead many people to perceive online commerce as insecure. Despite this perception, online shopping has become a common and popular part of the Internet. You can now purchase just about any item you can imagine while sitting at your computer, and it's no less secure than handing your credit card to a waitress at a restaurant or giving your credit card information to a mail order house over the telephone. Actually, with the use of SSL (secure socket layer) technology and PGP (Pretty Good Privacy), it's far more secure than either of these other options! SSL is a type of public key encryption that ensures that no one other than the intended recipient can intercept or read an online transaction.

HOW TO ORDER

To check the contents of your cart, go to the left menu and click on the "View Cart" button at the top of the page.

1. Browse the site until a product is found. Then enter the quantity, and click the "buy it" button. This will show you what you have in your cart. 

2. To continue shopping, then click the "continue shopping" button. If you want to complete the order, then click on the "checkout now" button. This will connect you to our secured server for a safe transaction.

3. Fill out all billing and shipping information. Include comments, or any additional information regarding your order.

4. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after the order is processed.  This email will contain your order number and order information. Print this email as a receipt of the sale.  

5. When the product is shipped, you will receive an additional  email from UPS. All orders received by 2:00pm CST will be shipped within 3 business days. 

RETURNS

All products carry a 1 year warranty on workmanship and materials.  We stand behind all products and replacements will be issued immediately for defective products.  

If a product is returned within 15 days of receiving the order, a full credit will be applied to the purchasers account. The product, packaging, and any tags must be in place for a full credit.  A re-stocking fee may be applied to any product returned damaged, tags missing, or unable to resale.
